Heading is not set to keep with next #383

One of the headings is not set to keep with next. PDF from naginata:

psychology heading problem

It isn't a bug, it's just how princexml breaks pages. It tries to "do its best", but we can't get a good break for every page. Cannot fix.

This is just natural page breaking. Princexml does its best for breaking pages and keeping content together, but we can't get a clean page break every time. The only way we can try to keep content and a header together on pages is to recommend that a parent container doesn't break inside, but this isn't a viable solution for entire chapters/sections.
