Index Entrepreneurship

In the Entrepreneurship Index, certain terms are display with '0' page numbers that do not link. For an example, see AirBnb in Chapter 1 Module 3. There are two instances of the term being tagged in paragraphs (not titles/captions etc. where we might expect an error). Markup appears to be correct. @mwest-WWprod please ask your production teams to do the following:

• [ ] de-capitalize the "B" in Airbnb in this module: https://content01.cnx.org/contents/VVMUkohE:5GzikuMK (This seems necessary for consistency and proper branding for Airbnb)

• [ ] If this does not resolve the Index 0 entry, the issue is caused by the index term being in a link, and this cannot be resolved prior to release. Either remove this index term, or keep the term but take it out of the link element.

@openstaxalina Based on that feedback I assume that all of these terms with the '0' links are caused by the term tagging in links or feature titles etc. so we are going to proceed with removing these

@mwest-WWprod yes -- we did confirm that the remaining "0" links are caused by terms in link elements. Removing the term tags in those instances will resolve this issue.
