Psych2e - Table caption styling #4053

In a recently added table caption in Chapter 3, the caption outputs above the table title in the PDF. In the webview, the table caption appears correctly below the table, next to the table number. I believe this is the only instance of a table caption in the book.

We will need to do something else with the caption, since the PDF template does not support captions. My first idea is to put it at the end of the preceding paragraph: "Table 3.2 summarizes....glands." where "Table 3.2" is a link to the table. @theresamasciale let's park once you are ready to implement Final QA. Moving to CM board.
