Table links not numbering correctly in Statistics PDF

What happened?

In example 2.3, the table references in the first paragraph are not numbered correctly. The links themselves work, but the display numbers are wrong. They should show "Table 2.3 and 2.4", referring to the tables below. Webview is not broken. It seems to be affecting only tables found in examples throughout chapter 2.1.
