PreCalculus - Figure IDs missing in Examples

This global issue is observed following the most recent code update, after all global updates were made by the W&N XML team.

Figure IDs are missing in Examples. This seems to be confined to the Solution/Analysis section. Media is tagged as a figure in the XML. See the "second" figure in the screenshot below for an example.

It is flagged as high priority given the timing of the project.

There are multiple issues related to the numbering of this content that I am investigating:

1 The figure titles being misaligned is not a stylesheet bug. This is due to two problems -- The figures do not have the small/medium classes applied, and the images used have whitespace included in the image on either side of the figure.

2 Numbering for figures in problems (but not solutions) is being removed in the PDF, but not in the content as it renders before being converted to PDF. Possibly a princexml bug, I am investigating this.

3 The numbering for content in exercises is not properly incrementing -- Eg, all figures for an exercise would be 3.3 instead of 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, etc. I am investigating this as well.

The lack of id's appearing in problem sets has been resolved. Issue #3 from https://github.com/Connexions/oer.exports/issues/624#issuecomment-50638923 still exists and is being investigated.
