Chemistry - Tables should break across pages #669

Tables should break across pages in situations like this. These screenshots are from consecutive pages. There appears to be enough room for the table to start on the first page, and break to the next.

Limitation of PrinceXML. All or none.

Waiting until we receive further feedback to update this. We cannot do this on a "in this situation" basis -- We can either break inside tables and have duplicated header rows/table caption on each page or we can have extra whitespace before tables which push them into the next page.

Updated this to allow breaking inside tables. These are only recommendations for the renderer -- we do not control this in a specific way.

Tables are not breaking across pages in the updated PDF from naginata.

Derek has attempted several different fixes to address this issue, but cannot get tables to break across pages. Therefore, I am changing status to won't fix.

This should be fixed.
