QA Testing: Column size in 2-column elements has changed across multiple books #923

There has been a slight change in column size for 2-column elements in Bio, Physics, and Stats. (There are no 2-column elements in Sociology and we have not yet tested other books). The difference is slight and is leading to page increases between 0 and 4 pages. Screenshot below -- new PDF on the right.
