assets uploaded in CMS can't be downloaded #1328

After uploading either a document or image to the CMS, they fail to download.

S3 reports access denied:

sorry, I deleted the file and re-uploaded it again to help @Dantemss test. it was happening with any newly uploaded file though. You can test by uploading and seeing if you get a preview of the file after uploading. I know @Dantemss made a PR to fix this so maybe it's been deployed
