PM ticket - Accessbility #2590

This pull request has the changes for the research page for the Accessibility ticket. It should change the color of the h1 headers to be black.

Merge isn't available until check pass and the check seems to be hung up.

@RoyEJohnson i see that now - it must be because the PR is coming from a fork, i don't see a way to manually start the checks. is there a way we can just merge this and skip the check for now? its just a one line change and not impactful at all 🤔

I don't know of a way to bypass the checks, so I made a new PR based on this one.
