Interacting with tables in FF, Chrome and Safari

Follow these steps:

1. Go to https://vendor.cnx.org/contents/jMTw1gpP@1.1:WlJVnEI0@1/A-Present-Values-Table-Set-Rotated-Landscaped-at-90%C2%B0-as-Art-and-Table
2. Interact with the table labeled "Present Value Table as Data" (scroll it horizontaly in Chrome and FF).

Result: see scrollbar at the bottom of table and use it to scroll left and right - OK click on the table and use arrows to scroll horizontally - FAILS in all browsers swipe the table: click + hold mouse and move cursor left / right -- table should scroll horizontally - FAILS in Safari cursor should also change to grab icon - FAILS in Safari and FF
