Space-separated fallback #62

This is kind of a weird request!

I spend a lot of time on a MacBook with the stock keyboard, and I don't own a chorded keyboard yet, so there's a lot of Plover incompatibility in my present and foreseeable future.

Would it be feasible to add an option to Plover to allow non-chorded, non-arpeggiated text entry? Like, type several letters separately (as though they were pressed together), and when you hit spacebar they get converted to words (as though they were released together)?

The way I see it, it would be useful both for non-Sidewinder-owners (like me) to try Plover out without having to wait for funds and shipping, and for frequent-laptop-users (like me) to learn and practice even when away from a proper keyboard.

Thoughts?

A few users with limited hand mobility and/or missing fingers have requested the ability to suspend Plover's auto-stroke sending, with the ability to send a stroke manually using a dedicated keystroke or foot pedal. Instead of sending a stroke automatically when all keys are lifted, each keystroke should be collected into a single stroke list, then sent all at once when the manual stroke delineation command is sent. This is low priority, but would be a nice feature to have eventually, especially considering that some people who would use Plover for assistive/augmentative communication via text-to-speech have manual disabilities concurrent with their speech disabilities.
