Add UI and functionality for filtering #14

I've been tagging the dictionaries, but right now there's no way to filter by these tags (or even view them!).

I'd like to have a sidebar with the tags, each one with a check box to act as a filter, and a number in parentheses of how many dictionaries this fits. When there are no more dictionaries, the check box should be disabled. No need to show filters for tags that have no dictionaries at all, either.

Tags should be listed on the dictionary page itself, as well.

Filters by tag, now, but not by file format.
