Phone number not detected #918

First thank you for this great tool! :)

My issue: I have 7 devices attached to my local server, somehow some of the phones are detected with phone numbers and others not.

It is helpful to see the numbers for each attached device and would be good if all of them displays the number. Is this issue device related?

All of them should work. I would suggest providing as many details as you can about the devices (& carriers) that are not working.

Here are the 7 devices: (NND - number not detected)

@newbie-qa do that devices marked NND have the same SIM card as one of the OK? On some SIM cards number is not stored.

the 7 devices have their own different SIMs. Sometimes when i change SIM for OK devices, it does not reflect the correct number but after restart of ADB, it works and displays the correct number. For NND devices, ADB restart does not fix the problem :(

I also met this problem. Are your NND devices with multi sim cards? I think STF may not support to get correct info of device with multi sim cards
