What is the issue or idea you have?
When use "screen-jpeg-quality" option, it takes the jpeg quality become very bad, even i give the quality args is 90.
Does it only happen on a specific device? Please run adb devices -l and paste the corresponding row.

As this picture shows, once i use "screen-jpeg-quality" option, whatever which args i gave, it shows the same bad quality.
(The "default" means no use "screen-jpeg-quality" option when provider started.)
What is the expected behavior?
The jpeg quality should be change follow the "screen-jpeg-quality" args.
I found the default args is 80, so when i use 90, the jpeg quality should be better than default.
