Integrate with OSM software list

We should promote OSM software directly within the website

The goal is to:

• Have a dedicated page for showcasing good quality OSM software
• Showcase includes images, links, and short description
• There are several categories
• Have filters, like, operating system, license (open vs proprietary), maintenance/development status

Terminology nitpick: FOSS is the opposite of proprietary. Sadly, this matters for many open source maps apps, mobile editors and survey tools (MapSwipe and ODK for example) usually because of non-free dependencies, which make the executable binary non-free.

You may want to check out StreetComplete's list of goodies, if it helps. These are unlocked as achievements and include end-user maps, well-known QA tools (marked with LinkCategory.INTRO) lesser-known editors (marked with LinkCategory.EDITOR).

The wiki also does have curated lists of editors and other categories.
