Clicking one node opens multiple popups #81

Describe the bug Multiple popups are shown when you click on a node, that has other nodes "behind" it.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://dopomoha.pl/uk/#map=5.98/52.768/20.128
  2. Click on the dark blue node that's in Warsaw (without zooming in or out)

Expected behavior Only one popup should open.

seems like related to #58 and would need merging layers into one with sublayers
