Add Lake County Illinois USA imagery

Description

Currently there is Cook County IL USA imagery,

But no Lake County IL USA imagery.

However it is available on https://data-lakecountyil.opendata.arcgis.com/ .

So please somebody request it for me.

I can't. https://github.com/osmlab/editor-layer-index/issues/new says

All I know is for Cook County's tiles, iD uses https://gis.cookcountyil.gov/imagery/rest/services/CookOrtho2020/... And $ HEAD https://gis.cookcountyil.gov/ 307 Moved Temporarily https://hub-cookcountyil.opendata.arcgis.com/ whose URL looks like https://data-lakecountyil.opendata.arcgis.com/search?q=aerial%20photography&sort=-modified&type=document%20link

OK, I'll make a note on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/United_States/Illinois/Lake_County Somebody will figure it out.

This is all getting over my head. All I know how to do is draw footways by clicking my mouse. I wish someone else would follow through with this. Thanks.

Bounding polygon: like the land area of https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/536313 plus a kilometer or two of margin.

When creating an issue select "There is an issue with a background imagery source." and you would be sent to osmlab/editor-layer-index where is where imagery issue should be added. As it stands now this issue should be closed or transferred to the correct repo.
