I'd say should we also support the alternative tagging as landuse=meadow + meadow=meadow_orchard (which seems to be quite popular in some regions, e.g. the Allgäu, see taginfo), probably as a non-searchable preset.
According to wikipedia, these should also be commonly found in Austria and Switzerland. I'd say it would not hurt to include these two countries as well.
Label – Streuobstwiese
I guess there really is nothing in English which would fit, is there? I only found descriptive translations like meadow with fruit trees for example.
