Improve `reference` for "LGBTQ+ Community Center" #1303

In https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/pull/1200#discussion_r1692747483 we noticed that the preset https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/blob/main/data/presets/amenity/community_centre/lgbtq.json does not have a good reference key, yet.

Right now, it references the general data on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dcommunity_centre / https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Item:Q6740

However, those pages don't mention the tagging recommendation on LGBTQ+.

The question is: What would be a better reference or wiki page to use?

This is related to the Wikidata Item and the Wiki page.

Maybe we should reference the sub key https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:lgbtq=primary and make it redirect to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:lgbtq#lgbtq=primary in this case? Can someone set this up and also check the Wikidata Item? (More on the Wikidata items.)

Another solution would be to mention the LGBTQ+ tagging on the general amenity=community_centre page.
