"Dentist" preset with "specialties" subtag #18

iD 2.17.3 When editing "Dentist" POI, "specialties" field seem to be populated with all the possible options from I guess healthcare:speciality subtag..? Perhaps that should be removed or if possible narrowed down a selection to sensible options? Otherwise we can end up with nonsense combinations like

amenity=dentist
healthcare=dentist
healthcare:speciality=gynaecology;urology;dermatology

@mxxcon Sounds reasonable, but we'd need to know what options are supported. Would you happen to have a list?
