Preset for tower:type=pagoda #35

Since bell_tower, stupa and minaret are already present, consider adding man_made=tower tower:type=pagoda

@quincylvania What icon should I use for this tower?

@quincylvania I found the font awesome vihara icon. But it is not added to the cdn of iD. So it's not showing up. Also, couldn't find any suitable icon on maki/temaki.

@karmanya007 Thanks! You can use the font awesome icon by specifying fas-vihara, running npm run build:data, and then running npm run dist:svg:fa. The icon file will be added to iD's files and you can check it in.
