Split up Reservation field

The Reservation field (for reservation=*) is used on a diverse set of presets. In some languages, there isn’t a single word for a reservation that applies to all these uses. We should split up data/fields/reservation.json into a few different fields to accommodate different senses of the word. This would also enable us to support values such as members_only that don’t apply to all these uses.

For example, Vietnamese would call this “đặt bàn”, which literally means “to set a table” (and “đặt” by itself would make no sense):

I wouldn’t be surprised if some other languages make similar distinctions, especially for the last one. For now, as a workaround, I’ve retranslated the single “Reservation” string as “Đặt bàn / Đặt phòng / Đặt chỗ / Mua vé”, but that’s quite unwieldy.

Even in English it could be more fitting to use the term booking for some of these, isn't it?

In English, “booking” would be a reasonable alternative for all of these kinds of reservations except tables at restaurants. It would be preferable to “reservation” for hotel rooms.
