I have tried repeatedly to get my access card renewed without luck. I'll keep trying.
I escalated access request at UCL to our sponsor. There is now some progress. I'll update once more known.
I have been re-created in the system and sent procedures for receiving a new pass on the next physical visit to site. I will visit in the next few days.
I also now have updated contact details for who to speak to at UCL if there are any issues in future.
I have a new 24/7 pass. Data centre ?new? has strict rules about removing equipment.
Our access to UCL Slough DC lapsed / expired.
Access has been re-requested and waiting for outcome.
