stormfly-04 disk controller upgrade #998

Performance is bottleneck in stormfly-04 because of controller.

After a few false starts, another replacement controller has been ordered.

Arrange with OSUOSL to install controller at a suitable time.

Controller has been upgraded. SSD Fastpath has been enabled.

There has been a small improvement in IO performance. There is likely room for tuning the SSD and caching options to squeeze out a bit more performance.
