Add "Preview" button to the form for creating new diary entries (at /user/:user/diary/new) #2009

There should be a preview button when creating new diary entries. It should show the Title/Text of the entry as it would be rendered were it saved.

Displaying a mini-map (as in /browse/*/:id) with the diary entry location besides the entry during preview would also be a plus.
