merkaartor: explain current download action better #2910

While discussing the usage of merkaartor in #osm-de one user complained about the fact that the messages which are shown while downloading data won't be understood by users who know the technical details - like http://omploader.org/vNDhwNA/merkaartor_01.png A better wording would be good here.
