Ontario Die is in many search results. #4595

search results for many places in Ontario would return as something like

POI "is in Oxford County, Ontario Die, Ontario, Canada"

Where all is correct but for the Ontario Die portion. Ontario Die is a small POI in Waterloo Ontario, and would rarely be expected as a point of reference or nearby landmark.

the old Ontario Die way[1] has been replaced and the anomaly in search results appears to be gone.

The culprit is the is_in tag. All those objects that end up in Ontario Die have 'Ontario' in their is_in tag. Nominatim happens to match up the wrong 'Ontario' because a partial match is sufficient for is_in.
