It's unclear what happens.
Chromestore has removed and deactivated the extension
Stylus is not removed from the web store. It can be still installed if you enable ManifestV2 in your browser. There are many examples of doing that, here's one: link.
sites that I had the stylus activated take a long time to load or are buggy
Stylus doesn't affect page load speed. It's also unclear what is buggy.
I can't deactivate the plugin completely (even with it removed in extension manager)
These two statements are contradictory. If the extension is removed in chrome://extensions page, then there is no need to deactivate it. You may need to reload the tab.
Now that Chromestore has removed and deactivated the extension, the sites that I had the stylus activated take a long time to load or are buggy, and I can't deactivate the plugin completely (even with it removed in extension manager). Does anyone know how to fix it?
