USO won't connect - Error message should probably reflect connectivity issues better #905

Error while downloading usoID:182402 Reason: 0

Downloading styles for webpages shows this error and styles either don't download at all, or download in a corrupted state. I've tried Vice, TVTropes and others, and it just seems the same error with different IDs

Reason: 0 means userstyles.org is not connecting. They've been getting worse and worse lately. Lots of downtime. The site is a POS and the garbage people who run it are even worse.

We only use them because they have a monopoly as far as userstyle repositories go. They host hundreds of thousands - nobody else is even in the same ballpark. We have no control over how poorly it's run though.

I guess if this is gonna become the new normal, we might wanna provide a more informative error message, or there's gonna be a lot of the same complaints here, so we'll leave this open for now.

The inline search will use the USO archive (#1056) in the next release so this may be considered fixed.
