Overview

Add a Donate button

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are cases where we need to support donations to OAR and no easy way to give those donations currently.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a Donate button on both the map and Squarespace site that is linked to OAR accounts.
