Script for promoting high quality names/addresses #1865

The Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business did a big piece of work where they went through our facilities in Myanmar, helped us resolve duplicates (complete), and then created standardized versions of names and addresses for many of the facilities, so we can have cleaner profiles for Myanmar. They've now uploaded that list of standardized names and addresses: https://openapparel.org/?contributors=1901

I'm working with them on resolving some errors and completing confirm/reject, but once their list is in a solid place, it would be great to run a script to automatically promote their contributions to the primary position on each of the facility profiles they contributed to, so we are making the most of those high quality names/addresses they created. Perhaps something that can be included in the next scheduled script run to resolve duplicates.

is this an existing script or would be new development? @jwalgran

Answer: this is technically new, but could use the same format for ingesting the data to be prioritized (the same template that was used for the promote script). Can't be done until post-Beta launch.
