I'm getting this issue too. Running OpenSupports v4.3.1. However it isn't showing tickets for me even if I hit F5. It tends to reload but nothing comes up.
i tried to bring back my backup but sadly the same issue happens again, i think its the database causing this?! is this possible?
its URGENT guys.. we need a reply.. the system is not usable in this state
sorry for late respond on this issue. Did you had v4.3.1 and then made an update to v4.3.2? Did you ran the upgrade script at the upgrade moment? We're not aware of that issue. It could be related to a department permission issues.
@lyrics1988123 If it's urgent, please feel free to contact us through contact@opensupports.com
so we can have a look at your case and solve the problem.
yes, i had 4.3.1 before. ill gonna contact you, thanks!
They helped me.
it was my fault, i forgot to run the upgrade php file:
_"make sure to run the file 4.3.2.php
from versionupgrades folder in the update file. (you can run it by ssh or by a browser). Instructions are here: https://github.com/opensupports/opensupports/wiki/How-to-Upgrade#upgrade-v431---v432"
now everything is okey again :D
I'm getting this error on a fresh Softaculous installation. Wiping/reinstalling results in same issue: once a ticket is created, no more can be created. Tried with php55 and php70. ..Great looking piece of software nonetheless, however.
@timnetworks same with mine..cant create ticket more than 1 :)
