If prefix was set to /usr, then files would install inside /usr/usr/(etc.).

Unfortunately, I didn't realize that this patch was indeed wrong. It works for prefix = /usr, but not for the default (empty prefix), where it would install man pages undere /share/man. I'll fix it.
