Issue with stream_select($read, $write, $except, $sec, $usec) and WARNING ReactorEpoll::add(): failed to add events #350

No issues

There is a possibility that the source of the problem occurs after calling $server-shutdown(). Perhaps this method destroys internal objects and alters the expected behavior in such a way that it ceases to be normal. However, this case indicates that there are fundamental issues with the operation of HOOKS.
