- Remove RestTemplate config from tests in favor of simpler use of TestRestTemplate
- Expand Backend Info Filter Test to have more explicit tests
- Refactor of some stuff in conserved header tests for clarity
- Add test that resttemplate use in server will pass on the request id given to it
- Removed addition of ConservedHeaderFilter from explicit import, apparently it is imported elsewhere
- Fixed parent reference in pom files to use correct parent name
- Add test of request logging
- Add test of server metrics
