feat(credible set qc dag): added dag and docs #59

Context

We want to deduplicate and repartiiton the credible sets coming from two sources:

'gs://gwas_catalog_sumstats_susie/credible_set_datasets` ~ 300k Loci files
gs://ukb_ppp_eur_data/credible_set_datasets/susie ~ 17k loci files

Implementations

Based on the https://github.com/opentargets/gentropy/pull/880 this PR introduces the DAG to perform the QC steps on both datasets described above

Also the documentation is adjusted to the new outputs.
