To align with our 2024 Q1 OKR we need to define a release schedule and automate our deployments.

Acceptance Criteria

determine release process
set test quality gates
implement Github actions to automate deployment
- bundle and publish code
- build and publish container
- build and publish docs

Release Plan:

release automatically on a weekly cadence
release ci / tests for the bundle are prerequisite (see https://github.com/virtru-corp/dsp-bundle/issues/5)
every thursday
hotfixes ad-hoc as needed
