cx_freeze build configuration #19

Re-work repository to use cx_freeze for building executables for testing.

Current testing on non-bundled executables made some assumptions that will not work on bundled executables. As such, all further testing will be done of bundled executables.

Completion of this feature will include moving the setup.py file to the core directory and getting cx_freeze integration working with the current makefile.

cx_freeze has basic functionality per https://github.com/elationfoundation/commotion-client/commit/50c94cadac5b419bd5b2f44520cae4e82e1ac202 Because this is resolves, even in spite of the massive overhaul to extensions that this transition requires, this issue is being closed.
