Repo cleanup

This branch represents a first pass at a massive refactor and cleanup of the OpenWRT buildsystem. This will constitute temporary repo and build breakage, as it also involves merging and renaming repositories and branches. As such, it can't be easily tested beforehand per-se, but I would appreciate someone looking over it before I proceed further.
