Default commotion configs for supported routers #111

Addresses #110

Commotion's release candidate test protocol requires default config files for officially supported devices. These config files are not called in any way by setup.sh, but can be copied to openwrt/.config before running make V=99.

To test: build images using these config files and install on the appropriate devices.

@areynold built the image. I tested it and confirmed it works for the tp-link wdr4300
