block-mount package causes build errors #152

When building Barrier Breaker, the block-mount package causes this build error: Package block-mount is missing dependencies for the following libraries: libblobmsg_json.so

Addressed by https://github.com/opentechinstitute/commotion-router/commit/f29a380fb0a64cdfa0e3c84509a6f14cd505a104 and subsequent commits.
