This PR attempts to fix the following problems observed with commotiond setting default options to /etc/config/wireless:

Sets BSSID option for AP interface, when that is not supported (only adhoc uses BSSID)
Sets encryption key for interfaces even when encryption disabled

Please test this patch before merging!
