Support new, extensible profile format #42

The intermediate profile format we have is pretty rudimentary. We should add support for a JSON-based format that provides configuration information for each commotiond subsystem, and describes networks rather than individual interfaces.

This has been implemented in the plugins branch, soon to be merged to master.
