Last merged pull request "issue-141-luci-commotion" has one too many 'end' tag and it is breaking the commotion-router setup wizard.

By setup wizard I mean the web wizard after flashing a router. The commotion theme is not working (default openwrt theme) and I get an error page at the 2nd step.
