Dashboard: accepts invalid hosts, inaccurate language #421

The field for inputting the dashboard server to connect to accepts arbitrary input. It also indicates that the user should give an IP address, but URLs should be accepted as well.

Since the dashboard is not a supported feature, should we just remove this LuCI page?
