Apps not being removed from neighbor nodes when deleted locally #423

When local apps are deleted from a node through the LuCI admin page, they are not being removed from neighboring nodes. Avahi should send out removal notices, but due to the unreliability of mDNS over mesh, these notices are often not received.

Upon further testing, this appears to work as expected in a low interference environment. However, the appearance of this problem in environment with unreliable links adds urgency to the need to replace mDNS as the app advertisement vehicle.
