Add performance warning in setup_wizard when configuring a single-radio devices for both mesh and AP #453

We should provide a warning to users that they may not have optimal performance characteristics when using a single-radio devices as both backhaul and AP. This should potentially point to our performance documentation.

Basic warning text added as of 601ff868ac31e4516ea49384dd68f8cfa873b, we can update it with a link to the documentation once that's live.
