Setup Wizard: "Skip this step" option for adding AP #462

When going through the Setup Wizard in Commotion, there isn't an option to not add an Access Point, even though the new language says it isn't recommended on single-radio devices.

One option would be a "skip this step" button, or something similar so that an AP is not added to the system.

Another option would be to have the AP not defined by default, and users would need to actively click "Add" to create the AP.

If I remember correctly, the ux feedback we finalized on for the interface required core functional elements (both the AP and the mesh interface) to be exposed by default. Because of this I would suggest adding a checkbox above the AP that is checked by default and has the "sp not recommended on single radio devices" tag on it when there is only one radio. When unchecked it can hide or grey our the AP creation section and set it as optional.

Thanks @elationfoundation, that sounds like a good suggestion and something easy to implement.
