repurpose /archive #22

@theo-armour - this branch is for moving away from PushMePullYou/TooToo.

I've moved the previous build folders to /archive rather than deleting them altogether because Git can be relied upon for those features.

The first couple builds explored the voxel based layout. The next few were more about 3d, and R5 is now the root index.html file.

Let me know what you think about these changes - as they relate to https://github.com/opentecture/mindmapping/issues/20.

Im going to close this PR without merging, per our chat.

I will leave sample demo files as-is, and also work to integrate each of the Features from the demos in a single page, which will be done in another branch/PR.
