I know this well. Here is a link to a Three.js Editor issue I raised a while ago:

The only reason to draw something nowadays is because you don't know how to code.
Drawings are made by hand. Any changes? You redraw the whole thing. Not modern.
I appreciate a nice drawing as much as anybody, but using a drawing is not really relevant to manufacturing these days,
